Melissa Dalton, Vice President Inventory Management

Melissa Dalton joined Absolute Resolutions Corp. in August 2002 as Contingency Manager in the Collections Department.  She was promoted to Collections Manager handling ARC’s debt-owned collections division and later to Legal Manager where she supervised outsourcing to attorneys, internal pre-legal collections and post-judgment collections.

 In her role as Vice President of Inventory Management, Ms. Dalton directs all activities related to the workflow of accounts from placement to agencies and attorney firms, collection tracking and results, media disbursement and accounting.

 Her responsibilities include managing client relationships in both the company’s Debt Buying and Contingency Divisions.  On the Contingency side of the business, Melissa works with the Recovery Department to develop customized contingency collections strategies for originators and debt buyers. 

 Prior to her employment with Absolute Resolutions Corp, Ms. Dalton worked with Morwell Financial as a collector and later was promoted to Legal Department Supervisor where she handled the placement of accounts with outside attorney firms.  She also managed the recovery divisions for US Credit Corp., property management for KAM and expanded the contingency division for American Credit Guard.

 Ms. Dalton’s experience and leadership has helped to position Absolute Resolutions Corp. as a leader in debt collection and positive outsourcing relationships.
